1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and cili88 ("cili88", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the cili88 online gaming platform available at cili88.one and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Member is entitled to maintain one (1) active account on the cili88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared email address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other matching identifier — cili88 reserves the right to consolidate such accounts, suspend or terminate them, and void all associated bonuses and winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cili88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. cili88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify cili88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

cili88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with our international gaming authority licence requirements. You may be required to provide identity verification documents — including a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill — before a withdrawal request is processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by cili88. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by cili88 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending compliance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

cili88 accepts deposits from Malaysian members via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Deposits are credited to your cili88 account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. cili88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, unless an alternative verified method is approved by cili88 support. cili88 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted by verified members before the applicable daily processing cut-off. cili88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or fraud investigation.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Members will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cili88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all cili88 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire automatically.
• cili88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per member at any given time unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another member's account.

6. Gameplay Rules

Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game outcome and the Platform's central server log, the server log shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for systematic financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a verifiable error are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating access to the Platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other Members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and game assets displayed on the cili88 Platform are the exclusive property of cili88 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of cili88 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cili88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

In no event shall cili88's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. 10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by cili88 is governed by the cili88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation.
